You can’t get a free domain AND free hosting. You can come close to it though with www.paradehosting.com.
I wouldn’t suggest using a free host as if your site starts to get big they’ll shut you down for using too much of their resources. Hostgator has great plans for as low as $4.95 though. You can check their rates out by visiting http://www.hostgator-review-coupon.org/
You have two options:
1) If you can live with a free .tk domain, you can use that with any free hosting provider (it uses domain forwarding)
2) You can’t get .com etc. domains for free anywhere (other than bundled to paid hosting plans), so if you want a proper domain like that, the best you can do is to find a free hosting provider that enables you to use your own domain. You can’t get a free .com, but you can get a free .hst.me domain at www.hst.me. It’s run under an established webhosting company, xenvds.net
You’d better buy your own domain name (less than $9), but use free hosting like 000webhost. I host 2 domains there: http://alexandrustanciu.com and http://dragosstanciu.com.
